Yellow Springs Arts Council

The Yellow Springs Arts Council seeks applicants for the YSAC Gallery at 309 Xenia Avenue.

Openings for the 2011 season:

August …8/19 - 9/10 (a high traffic month)
October …10/14 - 10/30 (includes special Art Stroll weekend exposure)

Our Arts Exhibition Program empowers member artists to present local works. Shows open during 3rd Friday Flings. Additional gallery hours are managed by the artists. The program is facilitated by a team of experienced volunteers and provides space, publicity and consultation services. The YSAC Gallery supports artists of multiple disciplines and experience levels. Artists are encouraged to think outside the box and to initiate collaborations with performers or artists of other arts disciplines.

Presenters may be individual artists, partnering artists or curators of collections or group shows. With YSAC membership + $25 showing fee, presenters sublease the gallery for the duration of their show. Presenters may become members with the express purpose of showing.
