Garcia and Scott return to the Clifton Opera House

Friday, Oct. 8 at 7:00 p.m.

The Clifton Opera House located at 5 So. Clay Street, Clifton is thrilled to announce the return of GARCIA and SCOTT on Friday, October 8th at 7:30pm. This Nashville duo is a Clifton favorite. They rocked us during Old Clifton Days Festival and we are more than ready for their return. Come out and see a couple of real pros put on an entertaining show. Dalia and Gary are the best and they love our Opera House!

Refreshingly energetic Acoustic music for everyone from tattooed bikers to tofu-ed hikers! Power-duo GARCIA AND SCOTT deliver world-class entertainment with music in English and Spanish, male and female lead vocals, tight harmonies and a melding of musical styles that literally leaves discerning audiences of all ages begging for more. GARCIA AND SCOTT rock clubs and festivals with a passionate blend of rock, blues, Latin, traditional country and jazz music. DALIA GARCIA is an award winning singer-songwriter who has been performing since age five. Garcia toured the world with Julio Iglesias for eight years, singing the duet, “All of You” with him nightly, and appearing in eight of his videos. Garcia has recorded for Universal Music Mexico. She writes and sings in English and Spanish. The University of South Carolina graduate is a former Miss South Carolina and Miss United States.

GARY SCOTT comes from a long line of musicians who have worked with groups like: Alabama, Earl Thomas Conley, Johnny Cash, Billy Walker, Steve Wariner, David Allan Coe and Jason & the Scorchers. Scott has over 20 years of music business experience as a drummer, guitar player and vocalist. The former public radio news director, reporter, producer and host, has produced many features for National Public Radio. Scott is a Murray State University graduate.
