According to an email from a reader, owner Cathy Christian "has decided to auction off part of Kings yard, basically the old Antioch Press building plus a few other lots (there's 12 total comprising the yard)." A letter, informing them of her intent, was dropped off to her Kings Yard Tenants, yesterday. The auction is to take place in April.

Is that where Epic bookstore is? What will happen to the bookstore if this is the location being sold? Its been there for years.
