While the final results aren't yet in, even a blind man can see how indeterminate and useless the study is.

For my money (and it is my money) the $50,000. would have been better spent paying off part of our debt on the Bryan Center building, or funding part of an upgrade for our water and/or sewer treatment facilities, or fixing more streets or.......funding any number of basic services our budget cannot handle.
What a terrible waste - especially in these tough economic times.
