Attached is proposed ordinance 2009-20 “Establishing Procedures for Calling Meetings in the Village of Yellow Springs”, This new set of rules is partially driven by a recent incident and fine of the Village [reported in the Dec. 24 issue of the YS News].

I think readers of your blog would be interested. A second vote will happen Monday, 4 January and even the public notice in today Yellow Springs News lacks the full text of Article 1 thru 6.
