Library videos on Facebook

This from the Greene County Public Library Facebook page:

The library contains thousands of stories in all different formats. From a child’s first picture book through books on CD and even ebooks, each community library is bursting with stories. Many of those stories come from the patrons. Like a good novel, each patron has something to share, something we can all relate to. In the spirit of... wanting to hear our patrons’ stories, the American Library Association themed this year’s National Library Week as “Create your own story @ your library.”

During National Library Week, April 10-16, we visited each community library to hear what our patrons had to say. We captured patrons’ energy, excitement, and gratitude on film and created a short video highlighting the stories from each location.

Play the video to hear what others are saying about their libraries.

We'll be posting new videos from other locations over the next few weeks. Check back soon!
