Calling this an "affordable housing" forum is begging the question. The term "affordable housing" is meaningless. it is a slogan of those who support housing subsidies for the middle class. If it's really their intention to have a "conversation" about housing, they could have called it a "housing availability forum" or a "subsidized housing forum", or some other neutral term that does not presuppose the conclusion the way that the slogan "affordable housing" does.
