This may be the perfect convergence of opportunity and resources: slap four wheels on the outside of the old KFC building, call it Taco Truck and start selling some tacos! My mouth is already watering.
I think a taco truck would be absolutely perfect for Yellow Springs.
Generally speaking, they need two things in order to get going - an off street lot to park in, and access to electricity.
Well, they need a third thing as well - acceptance by the businesses and people who live in their immediate area of operation. Somehow I don't see that as being a problem in this situation.
