Springs sculpture unveiled

For people wondering about the sign for Bill Duncan Park, the village will be installing two signs, one visible from the Dayton St. side and the other on the Limestone St. side. On the "springs" sculpture, there will eventually be a ceramic plaque noting some of the history of this park.
