And the winner is ITT
According to an article in the Dayton Daily News YSI and ITT Corp have jointly announced that ITT will be acquiring the Yellow Springs company. It is not yet clear what this means for the village, as ITT, an $11 billion-a-year company, is based in White Plains, NY.
