Join local artists Beth Holyoke and Kaethi Seidl in a series of hands-on creative workshops at Rosewood Arts Centre in Kettering to create hand-made tiles for a public sculpture that will be installed in a Kettering park this summer.
The workshops will give individuals and families the opportunity to provide a statement or memory that will endure as a permanent work of art in Kennedy Park.
Sessions are free and open to the community. Wear old clothes and come prepared to get your hands dirty in creating your own hand-made clay tiles. No experience necessary.
Where: Rosewood Arts Centre, 2655 Olson Drive, Kettering 45420
When: Tuesdays, May 11 & 18, 6-8 p.m.; Saturday, May 22, 1-3 p.m.
