Local man to be named MLS Principal

Villager Matt Housh is expected to be named Principal of Mills Lawn School at the School Board meeting on Thursday, according to a reliable source who has asked to remain anonymous. Housh, 38, is currently Principal of Valley Forge Elementary School in Huber Heights. He has been a visible presence in the village in recent years, especially at the skate park. A skateboarder himself, he was one of the organizers behind the Yellow Springs Skate and Music Festival, a fundraiser for the park, last August, and has helped organize other skate park fundraisers in the past.
