Local woman to have quilt in Springfield show

The Springfield Museum of Art is having their Annual Members' Juried Exhibition. The show runs from Sat., April 17 through Sunday, June 13, with an Exhibition Preview Reception on Sat., April 17 from 5:30-7:30 pm.

Yellow Springer Pam Geisel's quilt, "All the Colors" is entered in the show. According to Geisel, the quilt is contructed of batik triangle pieces left over from another project. There are usually several Yellow Springs residents who participate in this annual event. So, if you make it up there, you are likely to see other familiar names from town.

The museum is located at 107 Cliff Park Road in Springfield and is open Tues. through Sat. from 9 am to 5 pm, Thurs. until 9 pm, and Sun. 12:30-4:30 pm.
