Blog has record day - over 200 hits!

I am pleased to report that the number of hits on the Blog's hit counter between 8 a.m. yesterday and 8:00 this morning exceded 200. The previous daily high was about 150 and before that 120. Most recently, we have been averaging a little over 100 hits a day. Considering that this is a blog of only local interest in a village of 3700, this number has risen beyond all my expectations. Thank you for your patronage. I will do my best to continue to provide content that is interesting and informative, and sometimes even amusing.
