Brief Description:

Hearkening back to the 1930’s France period of war and carefree love, this present day dance/theatre piece looks at flirting and the incomparable reputation of French lovers. Against a backdrop of black and white photos of 1930's France, the company investigates pursuing the affections of others through looking, touching, speaking, and dancing the French Apache Tango. Through layers of French icons and stereotypes found in image, music and daily life, we see why perhaps love is a game to play.
