So, will Ed be going after Emporium for a conditional use permit, since they're adding floor space and seating?
I think it's ridiculous to put a bump out on an already narrow street that is a main thoroughfare.
If the village needs the table moved for public safety then it should have it moved. The table could be relocated to the side of the building.
Does the State of Ohio have any say on the plan? Or maybe permission has already been granted?
