Yellow Springs Police Chief
Remember that letter published by the YS News accusing the YSPD and its Chief of a number of vague misdeeds..? Among those allegations was that the Chief does nothing in the way of public relations. See for yourself.

Is it a case of them not seeing it and so therefore such and such person mustn't be doing it? I mean where do these people come up with these ideas? How the heck do they KNOW what a person is or isn't doing?
