The Great Lakes Colleges Association issued a press release yesterday stating that there were still some external approvals to be worked out before the closing on the sale of Antioch College to the Alumni. Therefore, there has been an adjournment without a specific date. Meanwhile, the press release assures that there has been a meeting of the minds between the parties and the only loose ends have to do with third parties.
The press release says it will happen very soon. The above letter from Antioch University Vice Chancellor/CFO Tom Faeke says the transfer will be effective Sept. 4
