2013 Antioch Writers' Workshop
The Antioch Writers' Workshop offers a discounted rate
for all college and university students, staff and faculty to
participate in the 2013 summer program, which takes place July 6-12 at
Antioch University Midwest in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
The
discount extends to all those affiliated with colleges and universities
across the country. "We understand the financial burden of being a
college student," said Workshop director Sharon Short. "We are happy to
share this discounted opportunity with all colleges and
universities, wherever they are located."
The
Antioch Writers' Workshop is an opportunity for beginning,
intermediate, and advanced writers to become engaged with a network of
writers and a new level of their own creativity. This year's traditional
full-week experience includes complimentary breakfasts and seven
days of seminars and workshops led by expert faculty.
The cost of full-week registration for those eligible for the discount includes the following:
· $125 non-refundable registration fee
· $450 for Ohio college students, staff and faculty
Credit
for attending the full-week workshop as part of Antioch University
Midwest's COM 470/670 summer course may also be transferable to your
institution (see flyer). Ohio college
students and faculty may also elect to participate in only the Saturday
seminar ($124), or the morning only or afternoon only options ($325).
