Cirque de YS

Dayton Street was closed off last evening from Walnut to Corry and Corry was closed from Xenia Avenue to Dayton to accommodate the Yellow Springs Cirque Carnival including three stages of electric music, acoustic music, spoken word performances, games, puppet theater, side shows, street musicians, jugglers, contortionists, hoopers, belly dancers, fire dancing, healing arts demonstrations, yoga performances, local artisans, and food. The area, which is becoming known as the Dayton Street Arts District, was alive with villagers and tourists celebrating the winding down of the Yellow Springs Experience this weekend.
