Eat Mor Chikin

I took some photos up at Kathleen Boutis's New Liberty Farms yesterday morning while I was picking up my fresh chicken for the week. I got in on the ground floor, last week, and now have a standing order for one 3-4 pounder every week. Kat's chicken ranch is located on Mosier Road, which is the name for Meredith Road just after you cross the line into Clark County. You can tell you are almost there, as the road turns from good to not-so-good right after you cross the county line. The farm is on the right. Sometimes a herd of water buffalo will be grazing (or resting) out front. The chickens are raised in the cleanest conditions possible, are delicious and don't come any fresher.
