Jenny Chen has announced that her restaurant, Chen's Asian Bistro, will be closed Saturday, February 28, to honor the memory of her companion, Eric Siemer. A memorial service for Eric will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the Yellow Springs United Methodist Church.
Jenny wishes to thank her many friends and customers who have been so kind during this very difficult time. It is this sense of community that has made living and doing business in Yellow Springs so important to her.
The restaurant will reopen at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
