Caputo film garners honor

Independent Television Service (ITVS) has selected filmmaker Joanne Caputo's documentary, On A Roll, for its True Stories: Life in the USA international programming through 2017. True Stories shows audiences "an America rarely seen in headline news or commercial media, providing a more authentic perspective of the United States and its people." Recommended by The New York Times and winner of a PBS Independent Lens Audience Award, On A Roll features former Yellow Springs resident Greg Smith and his disability talk radio show.
