Former Yellow Springers and frequent returnees, Jerry Holt and Lucrecia Guerrero were recently married. The announcement came on Facebook as Holt changed his status from "single." Details are just now emerging.Holt, a Professor of English at Purdue University, is a playwright and published novelist who was formerly Dean of Liberal Arts at Antioch Midwest. Guerrero, an oft published writer of fiction, has been on the faculty of the Antioch Writers' Workshop and Antioch Midwest. Her latest novel, Tree of Sighs, has been receiving accolades from the literary community.

Congratulations. I knew Jerry Holt from the Antioch Writers Workshop so many years ago. Writers in love, hope we get a good novel or two from the experience.
Thank you Vergil! We were married Dec. 19, after which we honeymooned in Dublin--a longtime dream visit for both of us. Jerry is in his fourth year with Purdue, and Lucrecia is enjoying the success of her novel "Tree of Sighs." We are very happy and wish the same to the YS community--Lucrecia and Jerry
