Bob has studied and taught film history and theory for four decades, and has most recently focused on African and African American film. He is a former Dean, President and faculty member of Antioch College, and is nationally recognized for his work in the field of community media, public access and participatory democratic media in Dallas, Milwaukee, New York, and Honolulu.
