Call for Artists: 9 week residency at UD

Blue Sky Project (June 5-August 8, 2012, Dayton, OH) is seeking project proposals from artists, activists, and creative professionals in the following disciplines: visual art, film, tech art, dance, music, writing, performance art, and other creative media. Artists receive a stipend of $7,000 for 9 weeks, work with youth participants Monday-Thursday from 10am to 3:30pm, receive 24-hour access to studios, and housing on the University of Dayton campus. Blue Sky Project is a juried, international summer artist residency committed to producing ambitious and meaningful works of contemporary art. It includes a strong youth development component and an emphasis on art making as community-building.
