Call for artists - YSAC Member Show

 

Drop off dates for the 2013 Members Show -- "Art for Change" -- are February 2nd & 3rd (1-4pm, YSAC Community Gallery), so get busy finishing your pieces and be a part of harnessing the power of art to promote awareness, provoke dialogue, and inspire action.

Art can change our world -- sparking ideas, inspiring individuals and creating vision...Art can change YOU!  Join with other local artists to make your voice heard.  Why do you make art?  What is your passion?  How do you envision change for yourself, your community and your world?

The first artwork submission is free to members!  There is a $10 entry fee for a second piece.  Work may be NFS or priced for sale (with no commission).  This show has a 2-foot horizontal dimension limit, and multimedia is welcomed, including performing arts via MP3 or DVD submissions.

Not a YSAC member?  Join at the "support" or "advantage" levels and receive free Members Show submission among other benefits.  Go to www.ysartscouncil.org/join-us or pick up a form at the YSAC Gallery (111 Corry Street) to become a member.
